. The company shall be entitled to refuse membership to any person or company or corporation or partnership without needing to provide any reasons for such refusal.

. Upon receipt of subscription the company will provide a tax invoice to the subscriber. Including membership fee and GST.

. In the event that the monies due to the company by a subscriber are not paid by or upon the due date the subscriber will have their subscription cancelled and will need to reapply to be an eligible www.easyprop.com.au subscriber.

. The company shall be entitled to vary the monthly subscription fee upon giving not less than 6 week"s notice.

. The Subscription is valid for 1 month upon receipt of payment of the subscription fee. It is Non-Refundable.

. The subscriber shall be a subscriber only whilst such subscription fee is paid.
