How does your free trial operate ?
You sign up for your for a FREE TRIAL by completing the details on the SIGN UP page. These details are necessary to enable the system to accurately load you as a landlord. You do NOT require a credit card to sign up for the 14 day free trial. You may during or upon expiry of your free trial choose to subscribe to EASYPROP and the system will retain any data you may have loaded. Please note that your free trial is for a maximum of 5 properties.
Does the Easyprop system cater for all Australian States?
Yes - Easyprop has a document library with State Specific documents for all Australian States.
Does the Easyprop system cater for recurring charges?
Yes - Easyprop is able to charge any item as a "Once off" or a recurring charge.
Does Easyprop cater for automatic rent increases ?
Yes - our LEASE WIZARD will automatically escalate charges in terms of your lease agreement.
What is your LEASE WIZARD ?
The EASYPROP Lease Wizard will simplify and automate the process of escalation of rent in terms of a lease agreement. If for example you sign a 3 year lease with a tenant which will escalate by 5% each year, then the system will automatically escalate the rental on the due date by the 5%. The system can also handle fixed amount increases.
How does the system handle weekly and fortnightly rentals ?
Due to the nature of weekly rentals, a billing cycle may exceed a calendar month. The Easyprop System will count the number of Mondays in a month and INCLUDE all weeks that contain a Monday, even if the last week of the month extends into the first week of the next month. The billing cycle dates will be clearly displayed on your tenant’s statement. The first billing cycle may have a pro rata amount for an incomplete week. Thereafter billing will ONLY be in complete weeks.
Will Easyprop create reports for Tax Time?
Yes - Easyprop will create reports for you that will make tax time easy?
Does Easyprop print receipts?
Yes - Easyprop will print receipts if required.
Can Easyprop email statements?
Yes - you will be able to email statements to your tenant or to any third party you may wish to from within the program.
Does Easyprop keep a record of past transactions?
Yes - Easyprop will retain ALL your tenant information until YOU delete it.
